This notice concerns the MosquitoBang website by BANG SRL: contact form, information or quote requests, WhatsApp, email, phone, cookie consent and Google Maps loaded only after consent.

2. Categories of personal data collected

The MosquitoBang website may collect or process the following categories of personal data:

• first and last name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• area or approximate address, environment type, request type, message and information voluntarily entered in the form;
• data voluntarily provided by phone, email or WhatsApp;
• IP address and technical browsing data, necessary for security, technical logs and website operation;
• cookie and consent preferences saved in the user's browser;
• technical data possibly processed by Google Maps only after consent or voluntary map activation.

The form does not subscribe the customer to any service, account, newsletter or reserved area: it is a commercial contact used to call the customer back, reply to the request, organize possible inspections and prepare quotes.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is processed to:

• reply to requests about MosquitoBang and BANG SRL services;
• manage contact, inspection or quote requests for the services presented on the website;
• handle requests sent through WhatsApp, email, phone or the website form;
• send operational communications connected to the user's request;
• provide customer support and technical or commercial clarification;
• ensure security, maintenance, abuse prevention and proper website operation;
• store and respect cookie/consent preferences;
• load Google Maps only after consent or voluntary request by the user.

The website also uses Umami, a statistics tool configured to measure, in aggregate form, visits, pages viewed, technical referral sources and actions on the website. No newsletters, marketing emails, online payments, advertising or individual profiling are active. Any further tools will be accompanied by the required information updates and consents.

4. Legal basis for processing

Data processing is based, depending on the case, on:

• pre-contractual measures requested by the user, to reply to contacts, quotes and inspections;
• explicit consent of the user, when required, for example for external services that are not technically necessary;
• BANG SRL's legitimate interest in the security, maintenance and ordinary management of the website;
• legal, tax, administrative or accounting obligations where applicable.

5. Management methods and tools

Data sent through the form is managed by BANG SRL using company IT tools, internal systems dedicated to request management and company email boxes. It is not published and is not transferred to third parties for marketing.

Personal data may be processed or shared, within the necessary limits, with:

• BANG SRL and authorized personnel;
• technical providers involved in maintenance, security, email and website management;
• service providers requested by the user or necessary to handle the request;
• WhatsApp or other external channels, if the user voluntarily chooses to use them;
• Google Maps, only after consent or voluntary activation of the map;
• public authorities or authorized parties, where required by legal obligations.

Any references to external services in the website content concern tools or materials used for communication, maps, contact or technical operation.

6. Retention period

Personal data is stored for a period no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is collected.

• Contact, information, inspection and quote request data: up to 24 months, unless a commercial relationship, legal obligation or rights protection need applies.
• Tax, contract or billing data, if arising from a commercial relationship: up to 10 years, under tax and accounting rules.
• Customer support data: generally up to 24 months, unless needs connected to the request apply.
• Technical and security logs: for periods proportionate to security, maintenance and abuse prevention.
• Cookie/consent preferences: until withdrawal, browser deletion or a relevant service update.

7. Data subject rights

The data subject has the right to:

• access their personal data;
• rectify or update the information;
• request erasure of the data in the cases provided for;
• object to the processing;
• request restriction of the processing;
• request data portability, where applicable;
• withdraw consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Security measures

BANG SRL adopts proportionate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access control, server protection, secure form handling, technical maintenance and measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.

Some external services, such as Google Maps or WhatsApp, may involve processing or transfers of data outside the European Economic Area. These services are activated only by the user's choice or prior consent, and are governed by the safeguards provided for by applicable law, including where necessary the Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized instruments.

10. Security incidents

In case of a personal data breach involving a risk for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, BANG SRL will take the measures provided for by applicable law, including where necessary notification to the Italian Data Protection Authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident and communication to data subjects in cases of high risk.

11. Complaint

The data subject may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, according to the procedures indicated on the Authority's website: www.garanteprivacy.it.

12. Automated decisions

The website does not use automated decision-making processes or individual profiling to produce legal effects concerning the user.
