This notice concerns the MosquitoBang website by BANG SRL. It reflects the current website hosted on our VPS: contact form, inspection requests, WhatsApp, email, phone, cookie consent and Google Maps loaded only after consent.

The legal representative and privacy contact is ALBERTALLI GIOVANNI, acting as sole director.

2. Personal data collected
The MosquitoBang website may collect or process the following categories of personal data:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- message and information voluntarily entered in the form;
- data voluntarily provided by phone, email or WhatsApp;
- IP address and technical browsing data, necessary for security, technical logs and website operation;
- cookie and consent preferences saved in the user's browser;
- technical data possibly processed by Google Maps only after consent or voluntary map activation.
As of this update, the website does not provide user registration, passwords, online payments, purchase history, comments, reviews, online chat or blog diary. If these functions are activated in the future, this notice must be updated before use.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed to:
- reply to requests about MosquitoBang and BANG SRL services;
- manage inspection requests for the services presented on the website;
- handle requests sent through WhatsApp, email, phone or the website form;
- send operational communications connected to the user's request;
- provide customer support and technical or commercial clarification;
- ensure security, maintenance, abuse prevention and proper website operation;
- store and respect cookie/consent preferences;
- load Google Maps only after consent or voluntary request by the user.
As of this update, marketing emails, newsletters, online payments, analytics or profiling are not active. If introduced, the required notices and consents will be implemented before activation.
4. Legal basis
- pre-contractual measures requested by the user, to reply to contacts, quotes and inspections;
- explicit consent, when required, for external services that are not technically necessary;
- BANG SRL's legitimate interest in website security, maintenance and ordinary management;
- legal, tax, administrative or accounting obligations where applicable.
5. Sharing of personal data
Personal data may be processed or shared, within the necessary limits, with BANG SRL and authorized personnel, technical providers for VPS hosting, maintenance, security, email and website management, service providers needed to handle the request, WhatsApp or other external channels if the user chooses to use them, Google Maps only after consent or voluntary activation, and public authorities where required by law.
The MosquitoBang website is not hosted on Wix. Any references to Wix.com or Canva.com concern creative licences, images, videos, audio or materials used for communication, not the current website hosting.
6. Retention period
- Contact and inspection request data: generally up to 24 months, unless a commercial relationship, legal obligation or rights protection need applies.
- Tax, contract or billing data arising from a commercial relationship: up to 10 years under tax and accounting rules.
- Customer support data: generally up to 24 months, unless connected needs apply.
- Technical and security logs: for periods proportionate to security, maintenance and abuse prevention.
- Cookie/consent preferences: until withdrawal, browser deletion or relevant service update.
- Future marketing data, if activated: up to 24 months unless consent is withdrawn.
7. Data subject rights
The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Requests can be sent to the privacy contact above.
8. Security measures
BANG SRL adopts proportionate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access control, server protection, secure form handling, technical maintenance and measures against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.
9. International transfers
Some external services, such as Google Maps or WhatsApp, may involve processing or transfers outside the European Economic Area. These services are activated only by user choice or consent and are governed by safeguards required by applicable law, including Standard Contractual Clauses where necessary.
10. Security incidents
In case of a personal data breach that may create a risk for individuals' rights and freedoms, BANG SRL will take the measures required by applicable law, including notification to the Italian Data Protection Authority within 72 hours where necessary and communication to data subjects in cases of high risk.
11. Complaint
The data subject may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority according to the instructions available at www.garanteprivacy.it.
12. Automated decisions
The website does not use automated decision-making or individual profiling to produce legal effects concerning the user.
13. Updates
This notice may be updated if the website, services, providers or applicable rules change.
