Cookie policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. What cookies and similar tools are

Cookies are small files or information saved on the user's device while browsing. Similar technologies, such as localStorage, scripts, iframes, pixels, web beacons or other tracking tools, may be used to remember preferences, operate services or collect technical information.

2. Principles applied by the website

3. Necessary technical tools

Technical tools are necessary for website operation, security and privacy choice management. They do not require prior consent.

4. Google Maps

The website may display a Google Maps map showing the BANG SRL office. The map is not loaded automatically when the page opens. It is activated only after consent or after a voluntary click on the "Show map" button.

When the map is loaded, Google may process technical data such as IP address, device information and browsing data according to its own policy. If the user does not consent, the website shows the address and an external Maps button.

5. WhatsApp and external links

The website contains links to WhatsApp, phone, Google Maps and connected websites. Loading the page does not automatically activate WhatsApp. If the user clicks an external link, data processing may also follow the third-party service terms and privacy notices.

6. Analytics, marketing and profiling

As of this update, no analytics, advertising, profiling, remarketing, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or other marketing trackers are active on the MosquitoBang website.

If analytics, advertising, profiling, external CRM, newsletter or marketing automation tools are added in the future, this cookie policy and the banner must be updated before activation and the required consents must be collected.

7. Tracking pixels in emails

As of this update, the website does not provide newsletters or emails with tracking pixels. If BANG SRL uses email marketing, newsletters or communications with tracking pixels in the future, users must be clearly informed and must be able to give or withdraw consent under the applicable rules.

8. Managing and withdrawing consent

The user can manage consent from the initial banner or by reopening preferences through the Cookie button. The available options are Accept, Reject and Necessary only. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. The user may also delete cookies and local data from browser settings.

9. Browser settings

Each browser allows deleting cookies, localStorage and website data. Disabling necessary technical tools may affect certain functions, such as remembering the cookie choice or sending the form correctly.

10. Updates

This notice may be updated if technical tools, providers, website functions or applicable rules change.
